Prikkels (Stimuli)
Mannie Krak (on behalf of BonteHond)
This artwork originated from an educational project with over 600 primary school students in Almere. Each child created a lampshade depicting the stimuli they experience—fun, exciting, loud, or soft. Artist Mannie Krak combined all these mini-artworks into one large light artwork. She plays with perspective, so that your perspective constantly shifts. The artwork thus demonstrates that stimuli are never the same and are never experienced in the same way.
